Where do you go to invest in foreign currencies?

where to invest
CaptainFeigh asked:

I want to invest in foreign currencies, and use the exchange fluctuations to generate profits. I DO NOT want to do this online.

I will not be traveling, so ATM’s and Credit/Debit cards do not apply to the situation.

Where precisely would I go to exchange the US dollar for other currencies and do the same thing backwards?
If there is a different circumstance for investing, as opposed to getting a different currency for actual travel use, let me know, and explain please.

Thanks for your help.
